About Jeanie Taylor

JEANIE TAYLOR: PROMOTING POSITIVE COMMUNITY AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IN OUR NEIGHBORHOODS.

Jeanie moved to Southwest Florida in 1980. Before moving she had been the owner of a successful flower and gift shop and was a licensed interior designer. Since moving to Florida she has continued to work in the design field, embracing the fast upscale environment of Bonita Springs and Naples and creating delightful luxury settings in her clients’ homes.

Real Estate was a natural transition with Jeanie’s passion for creating beautiful environments and helping her clients accomplish their dreams and desires for their perfect home or wise investment. Home buyers and sellers turn to Jeanie for her unique personalized, caring approach to working with clients and her ability to present seller’s homes at their very best with beautifully staged advice.

“It’s so easy for a real estate agent to slip into the mode of ‘being a sales person’ and treating clients like nothing more than one more sale. My goal is to be truly different and ensure that every client I work with understands how important they and their home sale or purchase is to me.”

A resident of Bonita Springs since 1980, Jeanie works with Keller Williams Elite Realty to help individuals and families navigate through the complexity of real estate transactions in the paradise of Southwest Florida. However, she came to realize that a huge gap existed for many buyers and sellers of retirement age and beyond.

Seniors and boomers (adults 55+), plus the adult children/family caregivers of older senior citizens sometime face a unique and more daunting logistical and overwhelming challenge when it comes time to sell their home and transition to a more manageable way of life-smaller home, condo or one of the many senior living options available. To better serve these clients, Jeanie set forth on a journey of continuing education to earn the designation of Certified Senior Housing Professional (CSHP) from the Seniors Real Estate Institute, a prestigious course of training and vetting process for any real estate agent who applies.

“We train our Certified Senior Housing Professionals -like Jeanie- to be friends, advisers, and business partners with their clients who are considering downsizing,” says Nikki Buckelew, founder and president of The Senior Real Estate Institute.

“Keller Williams and Keller Williams International provide me with state of the art technology and a support team that allows me to provide the very best quality of service for my clients,” says Jeanie. “I can get your home sold and/or find that perfect home for you.”

Jeanie specializes in Bonita Springs, Estero and Naples in all areas of residential real estate including resales, second homeowners, first time home buyers, investment properties and transitioning adults.
